The best thing to do to get successful results, is to eat a little less of your total calorie level maintenance (I recommend the reduction of no more than 200-300 calories), eat more often throughout the day, and eat in a way that makes you increase your combination of fatty substances (such as alternating patterns calorie intake and foods rich in antioxidants).
2) The next step is to change the constant
exercise routines. Instead of exercising the same way all the time, change a
little.
For example, instead of walking on the treadmill for 45 minutes,
change and do HIIT (high-intensity interval training) on the tape. To do this,
simply adjust the speed to 3.0 and the inclined plane 8 degrees for 2 minutes,
then increase speed to 3.2 and the inclined plane at 12 degrees for 1 minute,
and again, twice up to date!
